Why I Finally Wrote This Book

For years I kept seeing the same pattern.

Capable leaders working incredibly hard, carrying huge responsibility, and wondering why leadership felt so exhausting.

What I realised was that many of us had been taught how to do the work, but not necessarily how to lead through others.

So, I started writing.

That became Leading Through Others.

And honestly, I couldn’t be prouder to finally be sharing something that’s been in my mind for years.

Taking the plunge to write a book – something that reflects who I am and strive to be as a leader – was beyond scary. But I am finally here. In the final stages of having an actual book in my hot little hands!
